For the first time, our team served alongside a local pastor for a sports ministry opportunity with a 5th level professional football team and its feeder program in Bonn, Germany. Three coaches offered drills and team opportunities to improve the level of football.

Basketball Camp Hungary
A team of coaches went to Hévís, Hungary for the second time to serve alongside a local church. Our coaches supported a local basketball club for a 4-day summer camp aimed at helping local basketball athletes develop in their sport. The campers also participated in a Complete Athlete station workouts including one that shared values.
Alabama Football Training
At the end of June, we helped strategically facilitate an American football camp with some University of Alabama football coaches. A day around the world
“A Day around the World” was a multi-sport participation camp that included inter-cultural knowledge of three countries: Mexico, Germany, and the USA. It was a three-day camp held in Malta, and 62 kids ages 6-12 participated.
Camp in Southern Romania
During the last three summers, we have been to Curtici, Romania to come alongside the locals. There are good sports facilities for soccer, volleyball, handball and tennis as well as a church that likes to offer sports camps. About half of the participants‘ families are very poor and live excluded form society.
American Sports Camp
Three coaches served alongside a local church with an existing 5-year long camp in Bonn, Germany. The sport specific camp instructed three different sports: Lacrosse, American Football, and Softball. Learning the English language was also emphasized.
Special Olympics Malta
An SRS intern that works with Special Olympics in Germany connected with the local director of Special Olympics in Malta. A relationship has been established to further walk beside the locals developing Special Olympics.
Volleyball Training Malta
Several training sessions were offered by a few coaches that focused on developing specific skills of the game. They served a father-son duo attending that learned much more of the progression of coaching volleyball, and the son developed his skills of volleyball.
Soccer Training Malta
A high level player/coach served locally by planning and implementing many individual training sessions with a prospective player in Malta focusing on assessing ability and equipping the player by developing skills/physical fitness levels for future tryouts.
Soccer Camp Budapest
Four coaches went to Budapest, Hungary to work alongside a local club, Paulus Sport Club with a football camp. The theme of the camp for the week was #TeamJesus. The campers received daily devotionals on what it means to be a part of Jesus’ team both in life and on the field.
