Refugee Camp Germany

In partnership with five different entities, a 5-day camp sponsored by Gemeinde Glemseck was created and took place including on average 25-30 children per day ages 6-12. This was the first year to plan and implement a camp surrounding refugee children from three different areas. They experienced multiple sports, games, music, crafts, and stories. Children were taught how to play games/sports and introduced to concepts of the bible through play and values. It concluded with a barbecue inviting families to attend as well. This helped to strengthen our relationship with the children and our partners we serve alongside. Our hope is for those relationship to grow and more opportunities to partner together.
